Flags at Half-Staff Honor Illinois Soldier at Governor's Request

To honor Illinois' fallen soldier, Sergeant Schuyler B. Patch, United States Army (Hometown: Kewanee, Illinois) Governor Quinn has requested that all United States and Illinois flags be at half-staff from Sunrise, Thursday, March 5, 2009 until Sunset, Saturday, March 7, 2009.
